Shoes Are Coloring A Skin!!!
The best heel of my 2-12 months outdated pair of Ferragamo footwear snapped while I was walking in them, and the company is just not taking any responsibility. Btw I’m not a heavy person at 57kg, and these sneakers were not recurrently used. I imagine there was a defect on this shoe.
I had bought these sneakers in Florence however dwell in Singapore, so I first went to the shop on the Paragon to try to get them repaired. The shop supervisor used every excuse within the guide not to help me – from ‘you want a receipt’ salvatore ferragamo sf812 round sunglasses to salvatore ferragamo sf812 round sunglasses ‘you’ve lined the only real with a non-skid layer and that negates any guarantee’ etc, and just couldn’t wait for me to depart Salvatore the shop. Wrote to their customer service at their corporate headquarters twice and didn’t get any reply.
I’ve worn Ferragamos for the last 20+ years and this is the primary time I’ve wanted after gross sales service – and I am appalled that that is the extent of service Ferragamo presents. And that is clearly a case of a defective product that they are trying to stroll away from. Shame on you Ferragamo. Even Kmart offers higher after-sales service than you!
