Shoes Are Coloring A Skin!!!
The right heel of my 2-12 months old pair of Ferragamo footwear snapped whereas I used to be strolling in them, and the corporate is simply not taking any responsibility. Btw I’m not a heavy person at 57kg, and these shoes weren’t repeatedly used. I consider there was a defect in this shoe.
I had purchased these footwear in Florence but live in Singapore, so I first went to the shop on the Paragon to attempt to get them repaired. The shop manager used each excuse within the ebook not to assist me – from ‘you need a receipt’ to ‘you’ve got lined the only real with a non-skid layer and that negates any warranty’ and many others, and just couldn’t look forward to me to go away Salvatore the store. Wrote to their customer service at their company headquarters twice and did not get any reply.
I’ve worn Ferragamos for the last 20+ years and that is the primary time I’ve needed after gross sales service – and I’m appalled that that is the extent of ferragamo two front pocket service Ferragamo provides. And this is clearly a case of a defective product that they are attempting to walk away from. Disgrace on you Ferragamo. Even Kmart provides better after-gross sales service than you!
